0 Star! Purchased an iPad Pro less than 2 1/2 years ago. Updated the software as required and now it shuts down every 2 minutes. Took it to the Apple store and the worker tried to restore it and it still does not work! Stating I would have to pay $599 to get a new one! That’s crazy! I will NEVER EVER buy Apple products again! Same thing happened with my Apple 8 iPhone. I purchased an 11 pro. I refuse to purchase anything Apple going forward!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would!!!!

Took my MacBook Air (that I bought 3 months ago) to the store to look at my screen. I made an appointment with a technician. The screen had went white and there was a small little line under the screen. The technician walked over, looked at it for about 5 seconds, PUSHED ON IT, and then said “that’s a cracked screen. Not covered. $475 to fix it and it’ll be ready in 5-7 business days.” I was not going to pay that so I left. Ordered online for pickup. I was in and out in under 5 mins. Best Apple store around.
Get rid of the robot that answers the phone, and have customer service people who listen rather that ask inane questions that are not relevant.
