Genius at the Genius Bar was knowledgeable and solved my problem. Place was a madhouse of activity, but was still served in a timely manner.
Bought my first brand new iPhone and the employees were excellent in helping me durning the transaction and not pushy like some other places (cough cough Windows Store cough cough) always a good time at the Apple Store! 🤩
Customer service is sorely lacking. They just simply do not have enough associates to accommodate the flow of customers. It’s too bad because Apple has always been synonymous with great products and great customer satisfaction. Seriously, hire more associates and , please make sure they know the products! Disappointed with this store, not Apple quality care!
I got there before they opened at 10am and waited till 12pm to be seen and then had to wait till 1:20 to get my phone back. Wasted my entire day.
