So frustrated. Made an appointment at the Genius Bar to have my phone repaired today September 13 only to walk up and find out that the store is closed. Why was I allowed to make an appointment and be confirmed and why was I never notified. I understand if it was becasue of the storm, but all of the other stores int he mall were open. Only Apple was closed. So frustrating

Showed up just a few minutes after opening and had my step daughters problem resolved in an hour. The woman that took care of her was great.
mall was dead buy the apple store..sheeesh..paaacked..1030am!!!
