The store always appears to be packed to capacity, however, the employees are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and seemingly unaffected by the throng of customers. Appointments are a must if you value your sanity.
Friendly people best service all around wouldn't go anywhere else for computer or phone needs
Apple has really gone down hill in customer service! At one time they were the premier standard we all tried to strive for. Now even at a time when they have no new product out, it is almost impossible to get an appointment to see someone. My son's iPhone 7 plus has a battery that is expanding inside the phone so bad that it is splitting the phone apart. Now it has stopped working completely. Could not get an appointment for days. The customer service was fantastic! The staff were pleasant, courteous and helped to solve my issue. After checking in the wait was very short. The technician came out and got right to business. He was knowledgeable and described everything he was doing. I also received a follow up call this morning to ensure that my device was working properly.
Although the tech was really nice. It's inconvenient to leave a new MacBook for 3-5 days because they can't figure it out So I can't work or anything and no loaner
