Very crowded and busy store. Wait time even with appointment 3 days prior. Employees seem to be working their butts off. There needs to be more Apple stores, not inspiring to have to drive an hour to get to one.
I wish the guy had been honest about how long I would have to wait. I know you didn't want to scare away business, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. To be put off several times and to watch another girl get seated right away as soon as she arrives (after I waited 5 hours) 2 customers after me and she was served first. Hmmm... Makes one wonder about the service.

Great customer service. Very Fast return time and very responsive.
My experience was horrible; I wasted a day off to come out with very little knowledge. I made an appt at the Genius Bar to go over the new IOS but no one had been trained. There was wall to wall people and the noise was deafening and everyone waiting was frustrated and annoyed. Very disappointing!
This store is a joke don't waste your time.the employees are rude and not even educated on the products that they sell. And don't even try calling they hang up on you when asking to speak to a supervisor. Seriously what a let down!

The real face of Apple are their customer service personnel… of course we all know their groundbreaking technology, but when there’s a doubt, an issue, a ‘sit with me and show me how to do this’, there is these amazing people that care for your product satisfaction… just take a bow guys your are awesome!
