RecommendedVery friendly staff who were able to take us as new clients the very next day. The techs and Vet really took time with us, listened and provided alot of information so that I can make an informed decision on my dog's health care. They were very accommodating as well due to my dog's allergies, they even provided alternative treats and a welcome bag! Great Service from the initial call right up to checking out!
Hands down the best and only veterinarian I trust with my dogs. They have always taken care of Nardi & Nova, the staff is great and answers every question I have. Best vet in Des Moines! Highly recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very personable staff, very knowledgeable and courteous, but the one thing I really liked was how they weren't afraid to admit that they could not help and had to refer us to ISU, very professional with only your pet's best interest at heart. Won't go to another vet again!

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Ankeny Animal Clinic. So glad we switched! We were greeted by a very friendly tech, who immediately connected with our dog. They had treats ready to make her comfortable, as well as homemade chicken broth pops to keep her busy during the exam. The vet, Dr. Terri, was very quick and made us feel at ease.
