a few months ago my dog was lethargic and so sick he couldn't even walk. My husband was working out of town and I was completely alone with his care. Ankeny avian not only saved my dog but they also were upfront with me about costs and care and what our options were (pancreatitis is no joke). This is hands-down the best clinic we have ever visited for our cats. They were happy to make time for an emergency visit for our kitten when she was ill even though they had a full schedule, and had her feeling better in no time. The staff is always kind, friendly, and comforting to both us and the pets, and we will definitely keep coming back. The kitties say "Thanks!"
