Absolutely love this place! The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help. I know my pets are in good hands.

No complaints yet! 2 neuters 1 spay and dental cleaning done all with routine visits. Everyone has been kind and understanding and accommodating. Even one day when I showed up with an amex (they dont take those) they made a one time exception and refused my offer to pay a processing fee to cover the higher % from amex. Great place. I can get it done cheaper elsewhere but you truly get what you pay for.

I had a bunny who got an eye scratch playing with his brother. I called and they fit me in within half an hour. One concern we had was that they would not be as experienced with rabbits and smaller animals, but we were wrong! The vet was very knowledgeable and skilled at dealing with our bunbun. He explained everything to us and showed us what he was doing the whole time. I was very happy with their level of care. They even called a few days later to see how he was doing.
Used to be a great clinic. Will no longer utilize this clinic or recommend to others. The majority of techs are great, however it only takes two to ruin a good thing...one who pulls you aside to have a private conversation about your spouse and another tech who criticizes you for not medicating your pets for routine visits. There are three positives - Whitney, Olivia and the surgery tech - you have always treated us with kindness and respect and we thank you for everything you did for our girls.
