I cannot say enough about this place. Took my cat in for a check up today and it was wonderful. There was a separate entrance for cats which was the first amazing thing. Second, they took us right into a room that was comforting for Winnie. There was a cat tree and rug for her to enjoy. They didn't use the exam table because it made her nervous. I have had to call upon them twice now in a state of panic on a Saturday over my furkids, and they have pulled through for me both times. I had to say goodbye to my best friend yesterday, and the compassion he was shown and the help the staff gave me and my family was very appreciated. Highly recommend them.
After going to 2 other vets and my dog Khaos was very very ill I brought him to you guys. I did not want to give up on him until I knew for sure and had some actual answers. They were able to do that for me and helped me through making the hardest decision a dog owner ever has to endure. They were so caring and compassionate to my beloved Khaos and to my family. I recently had to bring my 9yo furball Rajah in due to a new pooch causing him to hurt his paw. I called and they were able to get me in in a half hour. They explained fully what they needed to do to get xrays and explained thoroughly what was found. Rajah is not a kitty to take kindly to new surroundings. The ladies got down on the floor to persuade my fluffbutt out of his crate and gave him cat nip too! The day after the vet called and left a vm to check in. I cannot say enough about this clinic and its staff. We brought our Sheltie here for 14 years and now our golden doodle for the past 5 years. Each time we've dropped them off whether it has been a grooming, teeth cleaning, check up, or boarding, I know my fur babies are going to be well taken care of. Your hard work and love for animals is always apparent. Thank you!!
