Had an emergency and had never been there, they were very friendly and we're able to see my Dyson dog in a very timely manner. Thank you again so much!!!
I have taken both pit bulls I have here and I refuse to take them anywhere else. Both staff and vets are very professional and friendly.
Absolutely amazing staff. Extremely nice. Took my little chihuahua in for a cough and they determined it was bronchitus. Explained to me what was going on and put me at ease. Got a cute little laminated business card with my pups picture on the back and a little gift bag full of goodies when I left. Will definitely be taking both my dogs here from now on. You guys are amazing. Thanks.
We recently just transferred vet clinics to Ankeny Animal and Avian. WOW!! We could not be more impressed. The staff customer service and care for our dog was top notch!! They even called us a day later to see how our sick dog was doing. This is genuine care and compassion for their furry patients! We are so happy we found your clinic! We highly recommend your services!
Absolutely the best vet to take your animals! All of the staff are very friendly and my animals love going.
My family has been through a lot and knew we needed to make a change. After lots of research we chose Ankeny Animal and Avian. From day one They have done nothing but impress me and exceed every expectation I have (and those are high). They are so caring and take the time to explain whatever questions we may have. The staff here is great! Very knowledge, caring, and thoughtful group of people.
We recently moved to Ankeny, so this was our first visit. Staff members were all helpful, friendly, and played with my dog. They gave us a tour, a treat bag, a new patient discount, and treated us like family. Dr Faulkner spent lots of time with me, volunteering helpful information and answering my questions. He didn't seem a bit rushed to see the next "patient" and welcomed all my questions.
