We have been going to Dr. Gigler for two years now! Our doodles love her, she is the best!! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
My first visit was this past Saturday and I was immediately greeted by extremely kind and helpful staff who seem to really care about their clients, patients and their work! The waiting room was very clean and had a nice divide between the K9 and Feline waiting area. The exam room had a big cat tree in it and toys so that my cat could explore for a bit and get more comfortable before the vet came in which I loved! Simply the best when it comes to dealing with the life of a family member. It's a clean environment with friendly caring employees. Doc Sue Barnes is awesome! If your in need pick these guys they will be there for you.
I received a new kitten for Christmas from my family after losing my dog (Pepper) of 11 yrs in September... Dr Barnes and staff were about to get us in within a few days, answered all questions and concerns I had for Socks since she came from a farm... I am looking forward to continuing our services w/ Dr. Barnes and staff!!
Awesome staff and so helpful. We think of you all each year when we hang our Luna ( the white silkie chicken) Christmas orniment on the tree. And our big boy, Jack ( blue Cochin) is doing great thanks to you!
Had to make an impromptu run to Ankeny Animal & Avian Clinic for the first time today for our 2 yr old Vizsla, Cyriss. He's a little crazy, and they were so great with him, offered us a tour, and gave him a toy that he won't stop playing with! We called around 5:30 and they got him in before closing, and he loved everyone there. We will definitely be back!
