I switched clinics so we weren’t traveling so far with our senior dog. I had an immediate concern & we got in the same day. Entire staff was very friendly & you can tell they all love animals. Appreciated the free prescription sample & the new customer discount.

My dog just had his first dental appointment. It was a success with minimal worries on my end thanks to the kind and caring staff at AAAC. thanks for all you do! It's easy to tell how much the staff cares.
Very nice and accomdating from the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the actual exam and recommendations. The room was set up with a cat tree for the cats to play on while we waited. The staff that examined them all got down on the floor to their level to make them feel less nervous. We will be using them as our vet clinic from now on.
I brought in my 6 month old puppy who I had just adopted from the ARL. She was quite skiddish and scared of the office, the tech and doctor. But they hung out, got on the floor, gave her treats and put spray cheese on the wall :) to help gain trust and distract her. They totally went out of their way to make my fur child feel less stressed. I will totally bring her back for the "Happy Visits" they offer as well. They have made a patient for life from us!
