Simply the best! They truly care about a of their clients! We lost our poor guy earlier this year at the ER vet and they sent sympathy cards and an ornament today! They’ve always listened to our concerns and helped us make the right decisions for our animals!
We started bringing our pets here a couple years back since it was so close to home. After a big scare where our cat almost passed away from illness but survived due to the attentive and loving care they gave our cat I can’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else!
I worked at the clinic for a while, so I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated and caring the staff is to providing the best care for their patients, even when their families aren’t around; I remember a particularly tough day when a longtime patient was being put to sleep and you could tell the entire staff felt the weight of that loss. You can also tell how caring they are with their fear-free approach, it makes for such a positive experience and my dog loves the staff. We live in Ames, but the 30 minute drive is so worth it!
Very good experience! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to really explain and answer any questions I had, I would highly recommend.
I have always seen Dr Scott Faulkner and he is genuinely interested in my dogs well being, friendly and always listens to any concerns. I highly recommend this friendly competent clinic.
