I bought a 2017 focus last year that went really well on the purchase. I scheduled an oil change and for them to look at the shutter, idle motor Shake (these are a common problem that ford has acknowledged), and back rotors that are grooved pretty bad. I recently bought a pre-owned Ford Fiesta with one detail, the door handle on the driver side was gone and when the seller sold me the vehicle he literally told me don’t worry about it, take the car home and I will contact you to fix it. After few weeks without hearing from them I called the salesman and he told me that they couldn’t fix it for me since there was a conflict and if I wanted to fix it we had to split the cost $250 myself and $250 the dealership to get a new panel. I was VERY impressed from the second that I pulled up to Any Mohr. I was greeted by JR Forney and he helped me discover the car of my dreams at the price I wanted. He was very professional...I can tell he takes his job very seriously and treats his clients with respect. Definitely going to go back to get a new car for my husband and be sure to ask for JR!

I just bought a used 2015 Fusion from here. Great experience, start to finish. Kyle H. was the salesperson. He is great! Very positive experience. I had a minor issue with the car but Alan, Scott, and Tracy took care of the problem with speed and care. I will be back to buy again.
