I had to pay a little over $425 for them to take 3 days to tell me they couldn’t fix my deleted truck and I need to take it somewhere else, instead of telling me right off the bat they don’t work on diesel vehicles that’re deleted.
We actually just walked in to look at a vehicle, and after talking with Tylor Steinem, we purchased a new 2019 Edge. This was a great experience with Tylor, Michelle (manager), and the Finance person. I would definitely recommend taking the time to visit with Andy Mohr Ford, and if at all possible talk with Tylor!!!
The Sales and Finance staff are very personable and friendly. Additionally, they keep things moving forward without playing the sit and wait game. I can’t give five stars, because we noticed an issue with the brakes on our 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Brakes are definitely included within the multiple point inspection, so we are hesitant to put trust in the service department.
We bought a used Acura from this dealership. I can say we will be back when we need another car and will be requesting JR as our salesman!

It was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience! I had a young car sales man named Tylor S. You could tell that he was newer, however he still did great. He was very patient and consistent. I was there for five hours filling paper work out etc with my disable child and one of the employee’s gave him a balloon and they didn’t mind that I brought toys for him to play with. Lance is a miracle worker. Extremely professional, courteous, and patient. I couldn’t be happier with the amount of work he put in to get me this car. Amazing work, 5 stars isn’t high enough.
I scheduled an appointment to have my transmission looked at because I noticed some slippage. This is a common issue with the DCT. Still under warranty, Andy Mohr was able to replace the clutch and have my car finished that evening. I will definitely purchase my future vehicles here. Great people, great service!!!
Bought a new pickup. Salesman Shane Wells showed me as hat was in stock. Asked them to hold over the weekend. Made them an offer and they accepted. Picked it up the same day all prepped and ready to go.
