I was trying to get in a newer vehicle for cheaper payments, the Staff didn't have the best interest of the customer in mind. I was wanting a newer truck & they tried to put me in some crappy buckets of crap. I WILL / WOULD NOT send anybody there to purchase a vehicle. Furthermore since the salesman couldn't get close enough to a deal that was in my budget, I am now getting some snarky text messages from the salesman, which I DONT APPROVE OF EITHER

If somthing is wrong just hit your head against a wall. It will get fixed and a lot faster. Also watch out for the transmissions on Focus and Fiestas. Worst driving cars in the world... Please google this dealer and the cars if you are in the market. After less then a year I have traded my Focus on to a Chevy trax. Same price as my ford from a year ago and and with way more otions.. And better Warrenty...
Andy Mohr in Plainfield, IN service center is a joke and will not recommend them for anything. I took my car that I bought used but still had the power train warranty still. The transmissions 5 gear in the automatic had gone out within 24,000 miles on it and ever since they fixed it there has been a strange vibration at highway speeds and they refuse to fix or even look for the cause. I contacted Ford with a check engine light and shaking that occurred anytime I was below 2k RPM or above 3K RPM. They scheduled me for the next morning, letting me know that they would fit it into their schedule. I work about 15 minutes away and was pleased that they offered me commute both to and from work. The driver was super awesome; he was friendly, professional, and polite. Reggie managed my account while my vehicle was in the shoppe. I have had several issues with not only my SYNC (bluetooth) and it took me driving there six times and finally demanding to speak to a manager before they ultimately fixed the issue. I also have set several appointments for my oil changed and every time I have waited for over an hour. For example today I waited from 10:30 AM and I did not leave until 11:45 AM. What is the point of making an appointment if they will not stick to it? Their service department is just horrible.
