I took my car in for oil change an waiting room was full I ended up waiting 3 hrs which usually takes 1 hr way to long to wait.
I’ve never had anything but a pleasant experience. The online appointment service was easy to use. When I’ve brought my car in, everyone’s been lovely and very accommodating. I’ve been in and out in less than an hour for my oil changes and inspections.
Dontae Hart at Andy Mohr Ford is a shining star! � he works hard to get you approved, & was fast/ efficient/ friendly/ professional! Thanks for all you did/do Dontae. I will be referring any & everyone I know to him.

RecommendedI couldn’t be more pleased with the service department team, especially Don Thompson he is always polite, courteous, thorough, and willing to go the extra step in addressing any issues with my vehicle. There are service centers closer to my home but it’s worth the longer drive to me to know that my Explorer will be serviced right the first time, Thanks to Mr. Thompson and his team at Andy Mohr Ford.
