They always bring me to work when i drop off my car. I go there alot because of a faulty transmission that affects all 2013 & 2014 ford focus. They should replace my transmission but they dont, they just patch it up. Im afraid to drive my car out of town

they don't want to sell any used trucks. want way more than their worth. sales manager wasn't ready to sell me truck. Looked at Cadillac Escalade. it was full of dirt and doghair on the inside. hadn't been detailed for resale. not worth your time!!!

Tim Ziss was our salesman and he has been WONDERFUL! We bought a used truck and a couple of days later we noticed there was a small hole in the seat. I called Tom and he got us in to repair it immediately and gave us a loaner car to drive home that night. I’ve been very impressed with their excellent customer service. This is the 4th vehicle we’ve bought at Andy Mohr Ford and we definitely won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
