Bunch of crooks. Drove an hour after getting pre approved making sure truck was available. Sales man said it needed a timing chain and was going to aution. Tried selling an older more miles and cost more. NEVER BUY FROM THESES CROOKS.z

I was visiting family in the Indianapolis area and I had purchased a 2016 Fusion 3 weeks before leaving Minnesota. I had some issues with it and issues with the dealership I purchased it from telling me they didn’t have time to look at it. They did finally look at it and I had 4 loose subframe bolts and two loose control arm bolts- came to find out this vehicle never went through a Saftey inspection before it was sold to me. Recently my wife and I purchased a certified pre own fusion from Andy Mohr Ford Plainfield we couldn’t be happier with the work Mark Mayer and Billy did to find us a vehicle we could be proud to own, with my less than stellar credit I was more than happy with the effort put in to finding us the right car!
Was cussed out in the middle of the showroom by a sales employee when I wasn’t sure on which car to buy. I’m not sure what kind of operation management is running to allow such unprofessionalism but I can assure you, I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership. Absolute worst experience possible.
