You can start by not charging $120.00 to pull a dip stick and tell me the transmission is over full and smells burnt. That should take all of four minutes for that. I took it to another mechanic and they found low air flow and the air cleaner full of sun flower seeds. You never even hooked it up to a computer. On top of that the estimate was very expensive and unclear.

We've always had great service from Andy Mohr Ford in the service department.
I purchased a car from this establishment and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. I assume because I didn't buy a brand new $40,000 vehicle that I don't deserve the same customer service or respect as a person who buys a used vehicle from Andy Mohr. I was shamed with the service dept., finance and have called 5 times in the last month and half to speak to someone. NOTHING. Anyone can sell cars. The customer experience is the focus of everyone you encounter at Andy Mohr Ford and it makes all the difference in the world.
Service department can’t be trusted. We had money taken from our vehicle. The sticker and paperwork had the wrong oil on it. But the person said that he put the proper oil in. What do you trust. It would be like in a hospital putting on paperwork that they gave you the wrong blood but the person said they had given you the right blood. I found grease Zerks that still had dirt on them.
