RJ and AJ helped me find and purchase the vehicle to suite my needs. They both went above and beyond to ensure I purchased a great vehicle (escape) for a great value. The only snafu, was that the spare keys weren't located, timely so I'm still waiting on those but I cannot complain at all about the effort and attentivieness I received anywhere in the process from anyone. I have never been to a more over booked service department that is willing to look you in the face and blatantly lie right to you about how long your service request is going to take. Then as I was waiting for the shuttle driver (that took an hour and a half) I was sitting next to an older gentleman who had his car first in the shop that morning for an oil change.
