We love staying here. Not sure if I’m the only one had fairly no hot water at the shower. All else is great

Always comfortable and clean rooms.... Just the check in process needs looked into. Mobile check-in does nothing for you if you still have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get your room key.
I stay at Marriott’s all over the country and this one always has issues. I booked online and they charged my AMEX on file. I had a $100 gift card and wanted to redeem it and credit back my AMEX. The girl gave me a ton of grief and had to escalate it to the manager who took care of it. Never should have been an issue. I’m a Gold Elite member. The Ritz or Peninsula would never argue with a guest.

Stayed here 1 year ago with my family and sisters family for 6 nights and had the most amazing time. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, the beds were super comfortable and the room service team did an impeccable job servicing our room each day. Facilities were amazing covering everything we could possibly need including pool, gym, restaurants and Starbucks.
