First of all this hotel need to be renovated u should look up and see the glass window in the lobby bybstarbuck u will see how nasty it is with cob webs I mean lots even dead bugs then in the room everything is out dated the bed and pillows not comfortable the bed is so low..omg really also the smell I cant explain anyways I will never stay at this hotel again and we are a platinum member..ohyeah the pool area is hideous ..ugly
The service is excellent and the employees are friendly and eger to help i will be coming back time and time agin :)
