No water for six hours, no hot water after that, laundry facilities didn't work, no free internet, parking fee wasn't communicatef to us at time of reservation. that's just a few of the issues. I will say most of the staff was friendly however.
They put us in a room right next to the elevator, no warning, no price reduction and our room literally shook all night long. Then, when trying to leave, they wouldn't let us use the covered area to load our luggage, we had to do it in the rain.

worst parking, valet attendant rude, ballroom tight for 350 guests, banquet food dry.
The Parking tonight 9/14/2019 was a disaster. Not enough parking. They charged for the valet $24. The valet was over flowing also. I was informed that the food that was in the contract was not served. I don’t think I will ever attend any functions in the future in this hotel. By the time I found a parking across the street I was late in the party already and exhausted.
