Loved everything about Marriott..Its the Place we stay on our yearly Disney Land trip....However there is a man named Jim Saroka Tagging Marriott Suites, Garden Grove CA so he may claim Marriott Suites as a false sponsorships...He has done this to many companies..AT&T, LALO Tacticle & more..all with cease & desist...please beware if this ConMan/Grifter
It was wonderful I will be back to stay here again it’s walking distance to a lot of places especially eating places u don’t have to go hungry. Also the restaurant here at the hotel is excellent I ate twice in there I’m not ready to leave but work calls
just checked in they gave my room away even tho u pay for Friday night when early check in sati morning.... to be told there is no rooms free .. hold on I paid for my room what I expect....receptionist young brown hair girl ... just no consideration.. not helpful just mmmm luv say really think... will not recommended to stay here.. no free wifi .. worst Marriott I Eva had the experience to check in with or come to room that is dirty to be given a handicapped room that’s so rude to someone who really needs it... going b long ... read more
Stayed at this Marriott about 6 years ago and it was a good experience so decided to book it again. Staff is great but hotel is SOOOO outdated. In such a high traffic area as Disneyland you’d think they’d shell out the money to renovate and modernize it. My room was filthy and falling apart (see pictures). I am generally a huge fan of Marriott and a few many of their co-branded credit cards but this experience makes me rethink my allegiance to them.
Marriott should be ashamed! This hotel has seen its day! It needs to be renovated badly! I don’t believe anything has been updated since it first opened! The beds are not comfortable! Original bathrooms! Great design on rooms but outdated! And NO staff! So understaffed! The staff all work hard and are great! But not enough! Rooms don’t get cleaned until late afternoon! No free breakfast at this location! If your going to Disneyland Marriott has two other hotels which we have stayed much newer nicer with breakfast closer same... read more
