RecommendedStaff was very accomodating , great with notifactions , follow up texts and just going the extra mile to make sure we were super satisfied with our stay!!! 1st night we got a fruit tray and champagne 🍾 and the 2nd night chocolate dipped strawverries for our birthday girl 🎂!! We truly enjoyed our stay aside from having super roomy suites!
Such a wonderful experience. Staff members friendly and groomed well. Hotel staff on top of every guests need or will refer you to the proper personal for further assistance. If you really want to be in awe then I suggest you book a Banquet.

Super Atención todo súper bien
No porque me robaron los técnicos que entraron para arreglar mi televisor , me robaron mi cadena y dige que tenía al lado de ella !! Me di cuenta pero no dije nada porqué tenía miedo de que los delincuentes regresaran de venganza y nos hicieran daño ya que conocen nuestra habitación estoy esperando irme para presentar mi queja ! También la refrigerador del hotel no funciona puse mis aguas y nunca enfriaron más bien se calentaron todo un desastre este hotel HORRIBLE.
Second time staying in this hotel. Absolutely love that the room is separate from the living room
