Helpful and accommodating stuff! They have 2 computers and a printer ready for use to anyone (very handy).
Stayed 5/8 days here.. And so far, I have had an amazing experience. Staff always so courteous and helpful. Only part that irked me and my friend was the slow valet service. We'd usually always stand outside for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up for us to get or park our car. But other than that, everything is spectacular. Especially the food!
My favorite hotel when going to Disneyland. Spacious suites and comfortable beds. Thank you for giving us a complimentary late checkout. The only thing I would like is if they included complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. Other than that, love this hotel.
