The suites were very spacious and clean. The housekeepers also made sure to clean our room very well every day and made sure to leave extra towels for our big family. The pool was also very clean and the jacuzzi was great.

It's a lovely hotel. Quite grand! But most of all it's so convenient - it is across the street from the Convention Center

Highly disappointed with our stay. Hotel should be rated more as a 3 star hotel. I booked through a third party website and was highly dissatisfied. Rooms were run down, stains on lamp shades, broken fixtures. Front desk staff was not friendly and manager did no follow up to address concerns. We visits the area 4-5 times per year and will not be staying here again, which is disappointing because we have had positive experiences in the past . The hotel is kindda old but it has its charms. I wish they could clean the ceilings and windows on the lobby. There were cobwebs every where making me think if it was Halloween in July. Also, the disabled parking was occupied by a car WITHOUT the disabled parking. I wish there was a number on the sign where we can call and report the abuse. Overall, it was ok. But it choose have been better. I hope they would stand up to the reputation as one of the best horrible hotels in n the city.
