AVA was direct and thorough during our initial consultations and throughout the consultation process. When my father passed away and we had to reapply for my mother's benefits they were happy to assist. The process is long, but AVA can only work within the VA guidelines and backlog.

When I started looking into Veterans Aid for my mother I had no idea who to contact or where to go. The people at American Veterans Aid was very helpful, answered all of my questions and spent as much time as what needed with me to answer my questions. Their was someone with me every step of the way. The process from start to finish only took a coupld of months before it was approved and completed.

Applying for veterans benefit through American Veterans Aid was pricey, but well worth it. The first check from the VA appeared in my bank account within weeks, not months, chiefly because I could use the advice of the people at American Veterans Aid on how to answer the questions on the VA application. For example, when I needed to verify my income with information from my bank account, did I need to provide last month's statement or the last three months or the last year's worth of statements? When I needed to verify the e... read more

This company is he real deal. Worth every penny. My dad was a financial disaster when he ended up in assisted living. Thankfully AVA was able to get him benefits in just 3 months and I was able to get him into a nice assisted living home.

When my father died we were looking into finances to be able to keep my mother in the assisted living where she resides. We tried dealing directly with the VA, and after over a year, we heard about American Veterans Aid. I was skeptical that it could happen any faster than the VA told me, but it did. The process went very quickly with AVA. The people who helped me were so nice and always either answered or returned my calls promptly. After we turned in the needed paper work via email, we were pleased to receive Mom's first a... read more

American veterans aid was a life saver for my mother. She was on a limited income and was able to get assistance that was due her as my father was a veteran. American veterans aid took control and was very efficient in processing and expediting mom's case. We couldn't have done all the necessary paperwork without American veterans aid. They were the best!

I first heard of American Veterans Aid from my cousin who is now retired from the CIA. He and his wife told us about this service and how they were able to get Aid & Assistance benefits for their loved one. They suggested I look into the service and program for my father, who is a Navy veteran in WWII and the Korean War. I contacted the service, filed all the necessary paperwork and within a week, my father was approved for the benefit. My father could not believe that he was going to get funds from the Veteran's. My parents... read more

July 5th I contracted with AVA. All July and most of August I worked with them compiling documents. They checked it the last week of August and I mailed it to VA September 1st. VA responded confirming receipt in September and issued their acceptance in October with dad’s first payment deposited in his account November first. And there are two months of retroactive pay for September and October that will process into dad’s account in the coming months once VA completes their associated process. Recap: less than 4 months from ... read more

This organization absolutely delivered exceptional service and excellent assistance in getting assistance for my Uncle who is suffering from Alzheimer's Dementia and living in an excellent Memory Care Assisted Living Home. Without their excellent knowledge and skills, I would have given up. They kept in contact with me and worked with my schedule. Thanks to AVA my Uncle who is a decorated veteran of over 23 years can live comfortable for the rest of his life.
