I have a very positive review to share about AVA. I was so impressed with the openess and completeness of their approach to getting the benefits. From our first contact to our final contact it has been such a great experience and the individuals involved have been most professional, interested, kind and conscientious. In our case the recipient of the Veterans Aid sadly died within the first 30 days and true to there word a refund will be coming according to the terms of the agreement. When I first learned of the service that American Veterans Aid offered, I was a bit skeptical as to whether it really would be beneficial to me. After beginning the process, I realized how very wrong I would have been to try to do this on my own. The staff were patient with me, knowledgeable of the VA, and thorough in preparing me. Advice was accurate and plentiful, and the results were exactly what I had been told to expect. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me get this benefit for my Mom.

This company was extremely helpful in applying for aid for my mother. I tried to do it myself and the VA forms were very confusing.

AVA was very helpful with processing my Dads claim. It was a quick turn around with me asking a lot of questions. If they hadn't told me the cost up front for their services I may not have used them. They earned every penny. He is receiving the full benefit and it helps cover the out of pocket for the nursing home cost. I recommend them highly.

Over the passed months AVA has been professional and caring to provide for my Mother's veterans claim. They have delivered on their promise and Mom is now receiving much needed finanical assistance which my Father earned during WWII.

The staff at American Veterans Aid handled our case very efficiently. They set up the phone interviews and walked us through each step of the benefits request. I were really pleased at the speed in which my Mother began receiving her benefits. I would highly recommend their services.
