American Veterans Aid is a god send for us after having to put my mother (92) in an Adult Family Home. A friend referred us to AVA and they did all the work. After experiencing all that was involved in completing the paperwork and getting information regarding my father's WWII service I know I couldn't have done it myself. AVA even stuck with it when I was dragging my feet getting my part of the paperwork completed. The time and the cost was well work it. My mother is receiving her benefits based on my father's service time ... read more

My mom is 91 (and my veteran dad deceased many years ago) so she is living with my husband and I in Texas. Her expenses have greatly increased recently, especially medical, and other related items such as glasses, hearing aids, dental and other misc. It has only been in the last year or so, that her need for home care has increased to the extend that living with became dependent "on" for many levels of home health care that we provide so I started searching for financial assistance with the Veterans Administration. American ... read more

AVA really helped my WWII vet Dad sort out the paperwork he needed to get together to file his claim. They gave us clear instructions, answered questions almost immediately, and took us step by step all the way. Our application was approved within a month of submittal. Though you can probably make it through the process yourself, the small payment you pay out for AVA's assistance will be well worth it because they will catch any possible errors you could make on your own.

Once we became aware of the Veterans Aid & Assistance Program for out Aunt, we discovered how cumbersome the application process became. We contacted American Veterans Aid and was assisted through the process by Ardee D. He led us through the entire applicaion process. Ardee was very helpful and our Aunt is now receiving her much needed aid. Thanks to Ardee the aid was very timely and is very much appreciated. ***

Thank God for American Veterans Aid! I don't believe I've had a better customer experience than the one I had with them. They provided excellent assistance and guidance along the way. Professionals who assisted me were skilled and knowledgeable. They made completion and submission of required paperwork less daunting. Telephone and emails were responded to quickly. My questions were patiently answered; even the ones I'd asked previously. My dad has begun receiving the financial help necessary for care in the comfort of his ho... read more

I had often heard that it is very difficult to navigate through the Department of Veterans Affair. However when it came to the American Veterans Aid office, I had step by step guidance and I actually recommended it to others who may have family members who qualified. The level of respect and understanding that was displayed towards me was awesome, they were there to answer questions and help me through all the red tape. I am a very satisfied customer and so is my father, who served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.

American Veteran's Aid was instrumental in helping me obtain Veteran's benefits to pay for my mother's long-term care facility. They carefully walked me through the process, answered my many questions accurately and promptly, and were always patient, willing and professional in their work with me. They are well worth the fee. I honestly don't think I would have gotten through it on my own. I can recommend them without reservation.

To All The AVA Case Management Personnel, Just wanted to Thank You for all your help. I received the award letter for "Aid and Attendance" from the Veterans Administration on Friday 8/12/16. Just 12 weeks after they received it at the Janesville, WI office. I am very pleased with how your company handled every aspect of what would have been a very grueling process. Now my Mother can remain at the senior care center for the remainder of her life. GREAT JOB!!!

I used American Veterans Aid to help me secure VA spousal benefits for my 88 year old mother, to assist us with expenses for home care. I started my process with AVA in June, and received approval from the VA in early September. The help with all the required forms was wonderful, the assistance to make sure everything was in order before filing with the Veteran's Administration made everything go very smoothly and resulted in a quick approval of OUR benefits. Every staff member at AVA was kind, patient, and professional. I w... read more
