The fee is worth it especially if you or your loved one are of advanced age and poor health. These folks knew exactly what documents were required, then they completed the application with your data so all you have to do is to sign it and submit it. I received approval in about 6 weeks after submitting the application on my mother's behalf.

I contacted American Veteran's Aid in December of 2017 regarding the Veteran's Aid and Attendance program for my dad. They did a great job of explaining the program to me and advised what needed to be done for him to receive this benefit. We signed a contract with them in January 2018. On June 13, 2018 my dad received his first Veteran Aid and Attendance direct deposit. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the professionalism, follow up and overall customer service I received from American Veterans Aid. Without them we w... read more

Last summer, AVA helped my family apply for the VA Aid and Attendance (A&A) benefit for our dad who is an 89-year-old Korean War veteran. The entire AVA team was a tremendous help to us and, within 2 months of submitting our dad's application, our dad was awarded the full A&A benefit! Now he and my mother are receiving the personal care they need to be able to stay in their own home. AVA gave us invaluable guidance as we navigated this process, reviewed (and directed us to correct where needed) all of our dad's application m... read more

This organization is wonderful. I contacted them for assistance filing a claim for the VA aid and attendance benefit for my Mother. They helped me through the entire process to record and document my Mother's eligibility and let us know everything we needed to do. Our claim was filed in March and my Mother was approved for the benefit beginning April 1. I can't say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive every person that I worked with at AVA was during every step of the process.

I take care of an elderly veteran and the only income he has coming in is his social security. I found American Veterans Aid on line and researched them to make sure they were a credible company. They are and we started our paperwork in March, it was sent in in April and we were approved in April and received our first check. American Veterans Aid and the staff that assisted me....***** ********, ******* ********** and Mr. ********** were very thorough and efficient as well as the first gentleman that qualified us. They have... read more

The American Veterans Aid was stellar in helping me file a claim for my mother. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They helped me get all the documents together and hooked me up with someone who reviewed my mothers finances to see if she would qualify. Collecting the date for the application can be daunting but they walked me through every step. And I just learned today that my mother will be getting aid shortly. Thank you so so much.

AVA helped my family obtain the VA Aid and Attendance benefit for our WWII veteran father. They were very professional, well organized and delivered what they promised. Once we submitted all the paperwork in September, the VA approved the benefit by end of November. AVA did a great job. Thanks AVA for your help.

I engaged American Veterans Aid to assist in obtaining an Aid and Attendance benefit for my parents. The representatives with whom I worked were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I was pleasantly surprised to have had the benefits approved within a few weeks after the submission of the Application. This is a life changer for my parents and I could not be more grateful to American Veterans Aid for their assistance.
