I am beside myself of the resolution presented to me after months of attempting to get my sofa repaired. It originally ripped in 3 small areas after just a couple of months of purchase. I called the store and they sent out a technician who stated it is not covered by the store but by your warranty. The people there are way too pushy for one. As well as when you tell them your looking and you will ask them for help when your ready they just stalk you and don't leave you alone. I wanted a couch from there but because they was so ignorant I left and didn't buy a couch. I would recommend no one go there.
Negative experience with America Signature In ******** **** *******. They messed up my whole holiday Christmas I ordered furniture on Black Friday I was told it would be here a week later it didn’t come they changed the date on me 3 more different times and when the call to set up delivery it was not what I originally ordered. Do not ever use the Polaris location. Worst customer service when your furniture doesn’t show up. All they do is pass th blame, can’t find my furniture and won’t give me the number to reach anyone above the store manager. The assistant manager was rude and incompetent and unwilling to help. I ordered my furniture September 24th. It is still not to my house, after 3 attempts. Requested my money back but they won’t refund it until they pick up the wrong stuff they did send. When I placed my order online for my furniture from American Signature, I was so excited. Now I am at the point where I will NEVER shop with American Signature furniture AGAIN!!! I had a delivery of a bed, dresser, and sofa on Monday, 12/4. While trying to assemble my bed, the delivery guys noticed the parts were not in the box. Value City Furniture is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Their furniture is a very poor quality, their staff is extremely rude when handling complaints, and they are horrible with getting back in touch with customers in a timely fashion! I have now replaced my living room set 5 times because of hardware issues. Now the new set is not the same in size as my original and they are telling me it is identical. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Mr order was originally supposed to come on 11/24. ItThey were so kind to inform us a day before that they had an "IT Glitch" in the system and they don't have our parts. The general manager gave us 200 dollars off for the inconvenience (Even though we already sold our couch and had nothing to sit on) and he stated he physically couldn't take any more money off. Worst experience with a company in my life. I am a local small business owner and am in complete shock at the way I was treated ( basically told to kick rocks ). As a repeat customer I just canceled the remainder of my order even though I am now stuck with three of the 5 pieces I ordered. Shop here at your own risk, as they do not care about your experience or how you are inconvenienced by their lack of competence
