Bought their premier Blue Leather sectional in December of 2017, The wedge piece is a different color blue and the company refuses to address it appropriately, and I truly believe they just don't care.

Never in my life did have I had so much stress over a furniture company. Back in 2017 I had purchased furniture from Value City. Everything went smoothly ordering the furniture but the real issues happened when they had to reschedule my delivery 5 to 6 times. When my furniture actually did arrive it looked like it was deviled from a junk yard. My couch was ripped in 3 places. My chairs were scratched on the legs, my bar stools had makes and chips all over them. My night stands were cracked in the back. It was a living nightm... read more

I complaining about Value City Furniture Practices. I purchased a living room set 1/3/18. The delivery was to be made, 1/13/18. I removed my old furniture 4 days prior to delivery. On 1/10/18 in the AM, CONFIRMING my delivery date and was informed that I would receive a call on 1/11/18 to confirm the time. ON 1/10/18 at 6:55 PM, I received a call that due to "Manufacture Delay" I will not receive the furniture until 1/23/18! A 10 day delay! I brought furniture and financed it through ********** now back in November. The girl that helped me finance my furniture completely 100% lied to me about everything and everything ********** now does. Once I found out about it I went back up to the store and found out that girl no longer works there. And a new lady helped me. Fixed my stuff which still didnt make me that happy that I was lies to in the first place. And her response was well we can come pick up your furniture and give you a full refund minus our fees. This company by far provides poor customer service with regards to warranty coverage. I placed a claim on my couch with one of their warranty companies ******** ****. The leather is peeling away on the seating surface. The agent agreed that this was covered and I set up an appt for a "technician" to come out and look at the couch. A month goes by and I get an email stating that the claim was denied because "bonded" leather is not covered for cracking and peeling of the seating surface. Horrible. Inventory is usually delayed although billing starts immediately had to wait 2 months for full delivery of items.Delivery Manager refused to communicate with me. it took 4 hours to go through the initial sales process. No one seems to care about customer experience and you cannot reach corporate to help!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This place is completely rip off. specially their warranty. First they delivered the furniture after 3 months. It is totally made in China. Every part of the furniture you feel like will fall apart in a minute. I filed a claimed since I bought a warranty from them. They said, we have to order the parts and it will take 2/3 months to arrive your home, once arrived, we will come and fix it. There's a lot to say about Value City Furniture that's not positive, but I'll only get the "whatever" from you and to contact you to tell you of my experience knowing darn well that you will not make things right. Sorry is NOT enough. The negative reviews outweighs the positives, and I don't know if these positives are from actual verified purchasers. Purchased a diningroom set and dresser on Nov. 25, 2017 at VCF West ******* ** location. Delivery scheduled for 12/12. They cancelled that appointment because the base of the table wasn't in. Rescheduled for 12/15. They cancelled that appointment because of some scheduling glitch on their end supposedly. Rescheduled for 12/19. They delivered the 6 chairs and dresser with 1 broken drawer.
