I ordered my furniture in march 18th of 2021. poneasWhen they delivered my furniture they did not have the correct end piece for my couch. Then I had to call to see when they were going to deliver the correct piece. Then they brought out the wrong piece again. Then I had a chair that was not working. They sent repair person. Worst customer service ever. False advertisement! Request for them to honor their warranty they sold for $500. Refuse to fix anything, nothings ever covered. Would not recommend to buy from the store

Do NOT order from this business!!! Negative stars! This all happened in 2021. I am a very fair person so I will give credit to the sales person at the ***** store in ********, his name is *****. He was helpful, professional and courteous. Other than that, dealing with this business was a nightmare. We ordered the ******* sectional with the chase on 03/06 and paid over $3000 for it and were told our approximate delivery date would be 06/19 but due to COVID some orders have taken a couple of weeks more which we totally underst... read more

If I could rate this company a triple Zero, I would. I order a sofa may 24th and over 2 months my sofa never arrived. I called corporate, they gave me a completely different answer so after 70 plus days I canceled my order. I found out they shouldnt been charging me and the guy in the acceptance now office in Pinellas county ******* attitude was HORRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend this place to my enemy, let alone someone I know and/or Love. So please to my advice and go else where ????

The worst customer service ever. I bought a couch for me daughter and the couch was delivered unwrapped and has a bad odor and a hole at the bottom front. I called to complain about it and they offered to send someone to clean the couch. I did not agree to their terms so I asked them if they can exchange it to a new one and they agreed.
