What a trash company. I should've looked at the reviews here. I bought a sofa in JUNE and today, September 22 I get a call that my sofa is ready to be delivered. I get no opportunity to change the date of delivery to a day or time that works for me. Furthermore, they say that there's a chance that I could "LOSE" my sofa to someone else since furniture is in high demand. HOW CAN I LOSE SOMETHING I PAID FOR AND WAITED MONTHS FOR? I've been one the phone with them for hours and everyone is useless. Never ever again.

I would not recommend Value City Furniture, as it took 3 times to delivery undamaged furniture since they dont inspect it until they open the boxes at your house.

I ordered 7 pieces of furniture from Value City ********** ********, in June of 2021, totaling $4,124.31. It is now September of 2021 and I have not received my items. At this time, I have completely paid these items off. This is the 3rd change of delivery date with no call, no update, or communication regarding the delays. Every associate cannot answer questions nor resolve issues/concerns and in order to speak with a Manager or Corporate employee for resolutions is near impossible. We loved the furniture, it was beautiful. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was damaged, so I had to call ***************** After the first call, I was asked to email pictures of the damage, which I did. Ordered bedroom suite at the Greenwood, ******* location on April 27, 2021. Was told at the time of order that delivery would be July 15, 2021. Fast forward to today (September 3, 2021), I received my bed on August 4, 2021. Delivery guy said dresser was on the truck but it was damaged so he couldn't deliver it.
