This is the worst experience Ive had as Im moving into my first home and its due to the horrible customer service Ive received from #********************. I ordered a couch on Oct. 21. My parents were with me as I spoke to the sales associate about delivery options. I was already scheduled to pick up a few items here and there so I opted to pick up the sectional. I have a purchase sofa from this store. I purchased a insurance as well for this item. After 2 years my sofa became to soft, the foam is too soft...i have paid $1,700 for the sofa. I went to the store to complain. They asked me to call they're insurance company. After several Fotos, calls from this issue they said that kind issue it is not cover. I have expensive trash sofa in my room.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE INSURANCE IS NOT THE ****** I am looking for attorney about it because when I bought i... read more
They have terrible customer service I do not recommend. They also do not deliver on manufacturer's warranty or pure promise.

I purchased an item and received it on October 14, on October 17 I contacted customer service to return the item. CS asked for additional information on October 18 which I provided on the same day. I didnt hear from them so I called on the October 21 they said it was too late to return the item because I had gone past the 7 day return policy. The return process was started 2 days after receiving the item and the my follow up phone call was on the 7 day. After speaking to serval people I am now being told that Im item I purch... read more
Absolutely worst retailer I've ever done business with. After two botched deliveries with broken and mismatched furniture, I requested to have them take everything back and not do business with them ever again. The store manager (******) was entitled and unprofessional. I would steer clear from this business at all costs.
