If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not buy from a Value City store. They sell a Warranty the does not get honored. They rip people off .

Their signature collection is garbage. We bought a leather motorized sectional chairs and chaise lounger. Spent a lot of money on it and 1 chair had to be replaced already and that chair has had to be serviced 2 times now. We purchased the furniture in February and received it in May. We were gone for 4 months and returned home to get our replacement chair. We had that chair for 3 days and the motor stopped working (the chair was stuck in the reclined position). A repairman came out in a week and he needed a part. We had to ... read more

I would of given this value city no stars. This value city has been a nightmare to deal with for the past few months. I order** a sectional couch the couch finally came in and we pick** the couch up. The couch was shrink-** wrapp** really well. When we open all the wrapping the beads on the are where scratch** the material on the arm was discolor** and the part that connects the couch was missing. Value city has inconvenienced me for months and from the previous reviews from others I see that they are doing the same thing to everyone else. I ordered my furniture in April 2021 or May 2021 and they pushed my delivery date back at least four times. THESE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE ***** (WHICH ALSO HAVE THE ***** OF OUR CHAIRS THAT WE JUST ORDERED WITH OUR NEW BREAKFAST BAR WERE MISSING FROM OUR ORDER AND MY HUSBAND WANTED A RESOLUTION.
