Worse customer service ever. Once you buy something and you follow up they just have a I don't really care anymore attitude since they already have your money. This makes the 3rd time over the past 5 years of dealing with them. You always think maybe I am just talking to a not so great employee this 1 time. It's everytime sad to say. They always say let me talk to my supervisor but your never allowed to speak to these supervisors.
I ordered a two-piece sofa and chair from Value City Furniture back in August. It was not delivered on time and as a result, I had to take three days off from work only to have them never show up or call. When the furniture did arrive, the two-piece couch was made of two different materials and two different colors. Needless to say, it looks ridiculous. That was almost a month ago. Value city will not service the dual recliner couch that I purchased from them. After numerous phone calls.I have not gotten any satisfaction.
Purchased a living room set. Before I purchased the set I specifically asked will the buttons on the furniture come off. I also asked have the furniture had reviews of the buttons coming off. They said all reviews are good. They told me that doesn't happen with our furniture. I purchased the furniture its been 6 months the buttons are falling off. I went in to buy a dining room set at American Signature Furniture and I asked if I could get a lower cost for delivery because it was only going 1 mile away. The sales Manager was very disrespectful by having conversation in front of all his Sales Staff. He should not be in Management. I received a delivery on November 22nd at 4:43pm from the **** * ****** *** ********. The delivery guy by the name of (Kacey or KC) whom delivered my bed frame on today was extremely rude and presented with poor customer service. After he finished putting down the frame I asked if he could put the two box springs and mattresses back on top of the frame due to me being 7 months pregnant. Worst furniture store ever! Thieves and liars! I paid for furniture, I paid an service to pick up my items as they instructed on the day they instructed. Value City gave me the wrong items. Then They refused to give Me the correct items or return my money. Unless they had their items back, I told them come pick the furniture. They said that they could only pick up the furniture on Tuesday and/or deliver the correct furniture on Wednesday.
