Incredibly rude customer service at ********************** in ****, ********, except ***** I ordered $3k of furniture April 2021. Was told remainder of my order (posh dresser, mirror, night stand, end table) won't be delivered until June 2022!! That's 1.2 years after I ordered it!! Meanwhile, I've been making monthly auto pays & it's almost paid off. What a joke it was in stock when I brought one recliner my couch has been over 60 days they called me today its gonna be another 40 days I wish I never went there. Absolutely horrible!!!

I bought some tables from VCF, they had to order one table, which came the next week and the other table 4 weeks, when I was checking out I noticed $79 on my receipt. I asked the sales lady what it was for, she said it's for the warranty, I clearly told her I didn't want it, she said they can take it off when I pick up my furniture. when I picked up my furniture they said they can't take the Warranty off because it has to be taken off within 7 days. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND LIERS!! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

awful experience. purchased a dining table set a couple months ago, and they said it would be 2-3 month wait. Now that I am in a 2 week window, they just called and said its going to be another month to two months. Go with a more trusted furniture company.

Don't buy! I would give zero stars if this app would let me. Ordered recliner 9/6/21, pushed 2x to 2/23/22. It's beyond ridiculous how long it's taking me to receive one recliner. I ordered a recliner on 9/6/21 online. The original pick up date was 10/27/21. Two weeks before the pickup date I receive an impersonal voicemail with no explanation that my pick up date had been moved to 1/27/22 -- ALMOST FIVE MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. I think this place has no sense of business or customer care. I worked with a sales person who was nice but had zero communication. I was to receive an living room set in December and then it was changed to March and no one told me! Then when calling customer care I was treated terribly because I was told no delivery unless I paid an outrageous fee.
