They lie about the delivery date at time of purchase. When I bought AND PAID for my dining room table in September of 2021 I was told it would be delivered in February of 2022. I then got an email saying delivery was changed to March 2022. I got a confirmation email stating my table would be delivered on 03/23/2022. I then got rid of my current dining table since I received a CONFIRMATION and ONE WEEK before my scheduled delivery I get an email saying my table will now be deliver in MAY 2022! We purchased a much needed bed from **** at Value City in ********** **. When purchased we were told we have to try the bed for 30 days. If the bed is not what we want then return the bed to exchange for something greater or lesser value. We cannot make it 30 days as the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Our shoulders and back hurt worse than from our old bed.All we are asking is to exchange for something that is comfortable before the 30 days as we cannot make it. If not then we will do what we must so we can sleep comfortabl... read more

So very mad right now just got off the phone with value city furniture I had purchased a couch six weeks ago was given a delivery date was called two weeks ago and the date was pushed off for another five weeks but I still received a **** from synchrony bank so when I called the bank they told me that they could file a dispute which they did stating I didnt get the furniture then I called value city and they told me that unless I make a payment it will hold up the delivery of furniture why should I pay on furniture I havent ... read more

Pissied off... I order a livingroom sofa set and a dining room table set last year.. I was told the table set I ordered wouldn't be in until July on 2022.. I was advised to pick another table.. I did just that.. The second table set was $400 dollars more.. but I was told my livingroom n dining room table will be delivered together because the table set I picked will be in by Dec 2021... come December I received a phone call from VCF telling me my table was on back order..
