I spent over 12k in June 2021 with Value City and had changes over several times delivery dates for my 2 new bedrooms. Since June 2021 I have been paying on time a monthly **** of about 260 monthly.I have talked t their customer care multiple times as well as store manager **** at South Blvd location. I have had nothing but great support when shopping at the *********** Value City. Ive made many purchases over the years. Always treated with great respect from sales people to mangers never pressured. And The store is always looking awesome ,clean, I love the way the furniture groups are arranged, the bathrooms are clean , clearance section is even neat and clean I find many bargains in Orland Store when I go . Those two managers really make me want to ************ and say hello theyve made my purchases happen.

On a Saturday I purchased chest that was in the clearance section of the store. The chest only had 3 surface scratches. The delivery was very fast and they arrived on Wednesday. The delivery truck had no ramp, the delivery guys put the weight of the chest on its side and struggled to get it out of the truck. The delivery guys did not use a dolly. Value city furniture does not even deserve 1 star. They take your money promise you a delivery date and then cancel a week prior. I have been waiting 7 months for furniture that they have now canceled 4 different times on me.

I bought at ********* LVST in ****** Blue from value city furniture i was told that it would be delivered "around" February 14th we were pushed to buy the couch then because the next shipment wasn't until the beginning of april. we have now received 2 calls (the first time they didn't bother to call us to let us know that the delivery had been pushed back) it has been over a month. we have paid in full for the couch and we still do not have a co... read more
