If I could give this a negative star I would. I have dealt with Value City before and never would have imagined I would experience this type of service with them. I ordered a bedroom set on September 9, 2020. I am writing this review on February 19, 2021 and I still haven't received the entire set. I am beyond frustrated. The Rockville MD location is taking the heat for this post, I bought a small sofa online, sofa is hard as a rock! I wanted to return it, was told numerous times with it being documented with (ticket numbers) that I could as long as I sent photos for them to pick it up. I went into one of VCF stores in Falls Church, VA, I purchased a couch, chaise and dinette set in Dec 2020, which I have not received to this date. I moved into a new place and have been literally sitting on the floor. My order has been pushed back so many times I lost count after number 4. I paid cash, almost $3,000. I want my refund at this point. And they are telling me I have to wait 7- 10 business for a check. They did not wait when they took my cash, and I need this money to go shop somewhere else. Although I love the comfort of this chair, it unfortunat hiely came without the pillows. It was delivered in November 2020. I spoke with the manager (Masum) who called the Utica store and ordered a replacement. This was during the first week of December. It is now mid-February, and I still don't have a complete order. The chair was paid for to secure a delivery date (over $700). Bad place to buy furniture they sold me a couch That was brand new and I had a cushion missing 3 weeks later i’m still trying to get one if you order something that will be in a couple weeks The day before they supposed to deliver it There call and tell you that it got delayed Plan on waiting 3 to 4 weeks after the original delivery date and then there’s no guarantee That you will even get what you ordered.

Thie Novi store is the worst store in the franchise. 1st issue we went to the Novi store to find a dresser. We found one we liked and they had to order it and said it would be in at a certain date. The date was close so we called the store and were told the dresser we wanted could not be ordered and a store in Grand Rapids had it but we had to go pick it up. I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat 12/27/20, scheduled to be delivered 2/2/21. A VCF employee contacted me 1/20/21 to inform my furniture had arrived sooner than expected and offered to deliver sooner on 1/27/21. I declined the delivery for 1/27 and confirmed the delivery for 2/2. On 2/2 I contacted VCF to confirm time of delivery and was told my furniture had yet to arrive. **WARNING** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM American Signature Furniture!!! Absolute horrible experience with ordering/delivery of merchandise. Order was placed on 1/2/21, was told delivery would be 2/2/21. On my receipt it says DELIVERY 2/2/21, not "estimated" or "expected" delivery...but, DELIVERY on that date. I waited all day for the phone call that I was supposed to get the day before delivery to tell me a specific delivery window. That phone call never came. Poor quality! They delivered a damaged couch, 5 months later replaced it with a damaged couch. They took away the 2nd damaged couch and have not yet refunded my money. They changed my delivery times and were slow in exchanging. I just want my money back and I will never shop there again!!!
