In summary: Picked up couch from warehouse. One piece was right the other did not match. It will be 6 days until they have the right one to exchange. When I asked if they could send a tuck out to exchange, they said I would have to pay a delivery charge. Was told we could use the other half until we exchange as long as there is no damage, we have cats and dogs so that's not really an option. Was informed it was our fault because we didn't open all items to make sure they did their job correctly. Both times a called I was tal... read more

In summary: Picked up couch from warehouse. One piece was right the other did not match. It will be 6 days until they have the right one to exchange. The sales team was fine. Delivery and customer service afterward were horrible. The delivery team showed up in a Penske truck, so nobody knew they were delivery - the residents thought they were movers, which almost cost me a move-in fee - they blocked in half the building's cars with the truck so they could try to bring things in a door clearly marked "no large deliveries". They refused to move the truck for a resident who was trying to leave until I got there. When they set up the furniture, they left debris everywhere - i... read more

My name is ********************************* phone. Value city furniture delivered damaged dining table and chairs. Emailed and tweeted them two times With pictures of damaged items on March 26 and and April 14 and also spoke with Britney ******** service rep. ** fix or replace our table and chairs scheduled two time First appointment 04.06.22 no show. Second appointment 04.21.22 no show. We spent $3K and it was bad ******** service experience to me and my wife.

I like the store. And my Nala grey chase sofa I purchased September 2021 out of the Flint mi store. Also purchased pure promise 5 year warranty. I am a senior citizen living on social security. I have damage to the chase and end cushion. Was told by furniture store that was not a manufacturer default but accidental an covered by pure promise. Pure promise saying it's a material default so it's under m as manufacture warranty. All I need are the 2 slip covers and neither one is holding up to their responsibility. Hoping this ... read more

The store on ************* in ********** ** is all about the sale. But afterward, you'll get little to no help from the management. This isn't a salesman problem. It's a product delivery and management problem. I walked around and selected the mattress I wanted. I paid over $900 for everything. When the mattress was delivered it was hard as concrete. I called the store and was told it needed to be "Broken in". This is unacceptable! I was expecting the mattress to feel like the one I laid on in the store. I tried several time... read more
