Terrible experience. Will never purchase from them again. Totally horrible quality. Delivered a broken love seat. Keep changing delivery date without notifying me. Ordered in March and still can't use loveseat. Customer service is nonexistent. Absolutely horrible!!

Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They don’t know what they are talking about and I have had more issues with them than sleepy Joe has had with America. Straight trash.
This place is a JOKE. Ordered 2 tables back in FEBRUARY and have yet to receive all of my items! I paid over $3000 in cash and just keep getting delay after delay after delay! I have been to the store and talked to management and they just don't care! I would stay far away from this place!
I ordered a dining room set the last quarter of 2020 [due to Covid 19/global pandemic- patience and understanding granted] I received the glass top, base and three (3) chairs April 9th & the fourth April 20th. This place has screwed us in the past and we thought we would give them another chance. Ordered bedroom furniture for my daughter MARCH 7!! Delivery was to be end of May. We were told NO later. I can wait 2 months. Then they pushed it out SIX more times until the end of August. What a joke and waste of time. Same excuse that the delay is industry wide. What a complete joke this place is. Purchased a Bedroom suite paid for delivery and set up my furniture was set up improperly the service guys left around 20 nuts,bolts and screws in the dresser drawer the lights don't work on the bed the slants and risers were not on the bed to support it my husband and I had to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks scared the bed would fall with no support. A surprisingly unprecedented and unexpected experience from Value City Furniture the ***** **** **branch. I ordered a sectional from VCF on 3/28/2021 They said it would arrive 6/23/21. They called to tell me 1 piece will be delivered on 6/22/2021 and the other 2 pieces wouldn’t arrive until 7/22/21 and have told me it’s not even guaranteed it will come. I find this to be very poor business because when I was in the store they told me it will arrive on or before those dates. For someone to tell me it may or may not come on July 22 is horrible.
