Bought a sofa for about 1,000 and they told me it would be delivered 2 months from the date I came into the store. (Not a big deal) Throughout the waiting I got calls from them telling me i could get my furniture earlier but I decided to reject that offer since i was to busy and the scheduled date was better. 2 days before the delivery date i get a call to confirm my delivery and what time they would be coming. I purchased my sectional in March but did not receive until July 9th which is fine. My issue is the delivery. They were not courteous I didn't get a simple hello it was all business which I wouldn't have mind if they were careful with my new furniture. I asked if I should hold the screen door but was told no. They were ******* and after seeing how they were just pushing and bumping the screen and side of the door with my new furniture my boyfriend decided to hold the screen door. I purchased a Ricardo sectional and recliner (that they no longer sell) September 6th or 2020. I received the sectional October 31st and the recliner December 6th. By January 21st, the arm rests of both sides of the sectional deflated to the point where you can feel the frame and the backs of the couch had also deflated to the point where you felt the frame. I would give them less than 1 star if possible. After ordering 2 chairs months ago I have yet to receive the merchandise that I have already paid for in full. Everytime the date approaches that we are supposed to receive the chairs we get an email stating manufacturing delay. They have no accountability and do not care because they already have already gotten paid. The customer service is atrocious and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from there to go ANYWHERE else.

They have horrible customer service. They sell furniture that falls apart and takes several months to be delivered. They change delivery dates without making customer contact. When you call, you can never get through to speak to anyone. Buyer beware!

Do not buy from here. I have bought a couch back in January of 2021, expecting a full set couch. They mentioned that it would take until April first to deliver the couch. Understanding the supply constraints, I waited eagerly for the couch. The day came, and they delivered the couch with 6 back rest pillows instead of the 7 that they showed in the showroom. Bought 2 pices of furniture on May 22. The furniture was supposed to in stock. Hence the color i chose. Delivery was originally scheduled for July 2 and i paid 159.99 for delivery. The customer also has to schedule current furniture removal and pickup...according to scheduled delivery date. I still have not received furniture. As of TODAY... one pice is scheduled for July 9. The other July 29th. I was also told the store tried to call me but got a busy signal....when was the last time you got a busy signal? Also in stock..to... read more

Delivered the wrong color chairs after two months. Then I delivered them back and picked up two more and the box was correct but furniture inside still wrong color. Can’t deliver on time and fraudulently delivering wrong colors to push issue down the road.

Horrible!! Terrible, rude, customer service and after the date being changed three times with NO attempt to empathize with the logistics that complicated for ME; I picked up the sofa to match the loveseat that came about a month ago, and now the loveseat is broken. Really disappointed in this place on all levels
