The worst customer service ever. I bought a couch for me daughter and the couch was delivered unwrapped and has a bad odor and a hole at the bottom front. I called to complain about it and they offered to send someone to clean the couch. I did not agree to their terms so I asked them if they can exchange it to a new one and they agreed. I have waited months for a sofa that I paid cash for, I'm tired of waiting and now have been waiting weeks for a refund! The check is always supposed to be there and has not "shown up" yet!! **************** at this place is HORRIBLE, nobody knows anything, the only response I ever get is, "I would need to contact corporate!" We ordered our sectional in February. Received 5 of 6 pieces in April (I asked to leave the pieces there until it had all arrived, they refused and told me they would ship it back to the distributor if I did that) , its now August 5th. We still dont have the recliner for the end of the sectional. Ive been to the store 3 times to pick it up when it was supposed to be there only to find out it wasnt and nobody had let me know. Purchases a dining set and bedroom set. Been waiting months for the dinette set delivery keep getting pushed back the bedroom set finally came and a few days later a ****. Plus bed is falling apart. Value city told me the repairman quit so I had to wait then a out sourced company can't come out for a few weeks. My dresser mirror was delivered on the 3rd of Aug. Put with sticky drawers that has to be yanked open and forced closed. Now a repairman has two jobs that I have to wait on. They offered no compensation what so ever. ... read more

The worst service ever. We ordered a bedroom set but their delivery team refused to bring the headboard to our bedroom because they said it wouldnt fit. It was obvious that just didnt want to bring it to the top floor because they were lazy. We were still on a call with their supervisor to resolve the issue and they were already packing up. We finally asked them to just leave the headboard downstairs. Me and my 8 months pregnant wife were able to make it fit and carry it all the way to the top floor. Be careful Ive had two bad experiences one was a couch that was mismatched with the fabric and it took months to replace it another was I recently purchased a couch for my basement rec room and when they delivered it it would not fit down the stairs even though in the past Ive had couches fit down there without a problem they returned the couch to the store and still charge me a delivery fee I canceled everything except for I was charged $169 for a delivery fee for a couch I never received poor customer service poor poor poo... read more

I purchased a bedroom set from your store located at *********************************************** on July 12th When furniture arrived, the dresser had damage to lower right corner, headboard had defect covered over with some type of stain, and slats were wrong size. The delivery driver stated they would return 1st thing next day with correct slats to assemble. Needless to say I slept on the floor. I don't think I could of possibly had a worst customer experience. I bought a sectional from Value City. I told the sales person I wanted one piece on the left side and one on the right. He said how they do it is if you are standing looking at the couch not sitting in it so it would be opposite. The piece I wanted on the right side would be the left side in their system and the piece I wanted on the left side would be the right side in their system. Very poor customer service compare to their pricing. I ordered my furniture in April and it's august and still didn't receive. I understand covid and all but they keep pushing it every month to next month and when asking about it you get an attitude and they said to stop calling. If there is a change we will call. Will never purchase here again.
