If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not buy from a Value City store. They sell a Warranty the does not get honored. They rip people off .
Their signature collection is garbage. We bought a leather motorized sectional chairs and chaise lounger. Spent a lot of money on it and 1 chair had to be replaced already and that chair has had to be serviced 2 times now. We purchased the furniture in February and received it in May. We were gone for 4 months and returned home to get our replacement chair. We had that chair for 3 days and the motor stopped working (the chair was stuck in the reclined position). We used american signature furniture years ago and had a wonderful experience but this time it has been an absolute nightmare. Our furniture, that we purchased months ago, has been delayed 7 times and it feels like being held hostage. I ordered furniture from value city on 9/7/21. I was supposed to pick up my furniture on 9/18/21 but my delivery guy got COVID so I couldnt pick up my furniture. After that, other unfortunate events occurred in my family that didnt allow me to pick up my furniture. we purchased a cultured marble table top dining set at VCF on 1/26/2021($1302.29). We loved the table, the chairs were unremarkable and quite uncomfortable as far as posture goes.
