only giving a 1 star review because i can't leave a lower review. i was lied to. I bought at ********* LVST in ****** Blue from value city furniture i was told that it would be delivered "around" February 14th we were pushed to buy the couch then because the next shipment wasn't until the beginning of april. we have now received 2 calls (the first time they didn't bother to call us to let us know that the delivery had been pushed back) it has been over a month. we have paid in full for the couch and we still do not have a co... read more

We ordered bedroom furniture online from Value City Furniture August 23rd it's now February 27th and we still haven't received our furniture. Every month they send a email with cancellation for our delivery and a new delivery date.

DONT DO IT!!!! I purchased a couch on 12/29/2020, it immediately started creaking but nothing too bad... fast forward to January 2022, a year and a few days after purchase, the frame on one half of my sectional gave out. I entered a claim, they looked at it, said they could fix it ... 2 weeks later they say they can't but here is $100 for your couch andbyou get to keep your broke couch that you can't even sit on.... ONE HUNDRED FREAKING DOLLARS FOR A $700 BROKEN COUCH BARELY OVER A YEAR OLD!!!!! That is BEYOND insulting!! So... read more

During the process of trying to file a damage claim. ** got ghost on me, ******* VCF operator became an enabler by lying, ******* used the old "he's in meeting" and "he's on the phone" catchphrase on me. Ive been dealing with them for a year trying to get my sofa bed. They gave me the run around every time. They told me I didnt have to return the broken one but when I went to pick up the new one they said I had to return the old one. They also tried to get me to pay when I went to pick up the new one but it was already paid for. They said I couldnt get my new one because I hadnt paid so I said I was going to get an attorney and they said no dont do that you can get your new one today. I was emailed that the furniture would be in on Saturday February 19th 2022 between 9am-12pm. Beforehand I called the store and spoke to ***** and said they would be calling me with more information that never happened BUT received an email instead of a call. On Saturday morning of the 19th I see an Enterprise truck pull up someone lifts door and kicks a box out of the truck.
