BEWARE OF HAVING THEM PUT TOGETHER YOUR FURNITURE !!! Ordered the Barlow Large Floating Entertainment Center in Black on November 14, 2022. The delivery date kept being moved back. On April 29, 2023 I was informed that the product is no longer available. So I have made payment on my Credit Card with Interest and the company has sent me a payment due notice every month and now they don't have the product. This is a cause of Fraud. There were still taking orders when the vendor stopped making the product. Not sure if they is happening to other people, but this practice should not... read more

Buyer Beware! I purchased a leather sectional from this store and bought the 5 year protection plan because I was told by the sales person that it covered everything on the sectional. I have now had the service repair technicians out at least twice and they have not done anything at all to resolve the issues. I went into the store to see the Manager (Mark) and he told me that there is nothing that they can do and I am just basically out of luck with the purchase of the sectional and warranty. Now we have a very expensive pie... read more

I purchased a lift chair from Value City in St. Ann for my mom who is recovering from a serious illness. I paid $169 to have it delivered to her home. The floor sample of the chair in the store was comfortable, but the one delivered to us was very hard and my mom couldn't sit in it. I reached out to the store to return it. They told me I would lose my delivery cost, which I knew. But then told me I would have to pay a restocking fee of around $115 which was not explained to me on the day of purchase. I recently bought living room furniture. I set it up as a pick and proceeded to do so. Upon unboxing of the item I found the loveseat was not the right one. I called the store and they said I would have to return the loveseat myself and pick another one up. After picking the new one up I noticed when unpacking that the wiring harness was damaged and called the store.
