I have nothing but a WONDERFUL experience at the ** ***** **location and my salesman was Zach. I went in and purchased a living room set almost 2 weeks ago., The first set was delivered Tuesday however it was too big to fit in my door. So they had to take it back. Zach called me first thing the next morning and told me what my options were. I went back to the store that day, and selectied a different set. Well, it was delivered today and it fit through the front door. However with the additional chase lounge it was too big f... read more

Horrible!! Our furniture broke after 2 months they came out to asses the situation and said it would be at least 8 weeks to get it fixed we waited almost 4 months before anything happened I called and they said it couldn’t be fixed and the couch was discontinued so we could get a brand new couch with a gift card I said ok we went to pick out a new set and they said we would have to return the broken one before we got a new one which we were never told so we had ended up not getting the set we walked around for 2 hrs looking ... read more

Value city sold us a warranty for $450. All we've done is fight to get our items repaired or spills taken out. They have not stood by their agreement. I do not feel Value City Furniture should be selling this warranty. They have not repaired or replaced the items that I have reported even though the warranty states these items should be covered.
